📋Team Training Night 📋

Our bar and waiting-on team recently refreshed their skills at our training session led by our dedicated and experienced supervisors, so they can continue providing exceptional customer service for our wonderful guests!

From perfecting the pour of a celebratory toast to mastering the elegant art of balancing three plates with finesse, our team showed true dedication to every task they complete, always with a smile (and usually a giggle or two).

What makes these nights even more special is the sense of camaraderie that fills the room. Our staff get along brilliantly just within their departments, but across the entire venue. From front-of-house to kitchen, bar to catering supervisors, it truly helps everything flow seamlessly during even the busiest of events.

Of course, no good training session is complete without a little fuel. Our amazing chefs treated everyone to some delicious refreshments, giving the team a well-deserved break!

We also spent time discussing best practices for keeping the venue running smoothly, from staying aware of timing and guest needs to stepping in and supporting each other wherever needed.
