A Wincle Ale Inspired Menu

Ale is such a popular drink and gift during December, so it was in January that Giles and his team from the Wincle Ale Brewery came to celebrate the festive season with us in The Old Stableyard Restaurant at Heaton House Farm.

It came with a lot of sentimental value too as up until 2012, Wincle Ale used to be brewed in that very room – now refurbished into a stunning rustic restaurant where breakfast is served for the accommodation guests. So it was lovely to have the Wincle team revisit their roots, and had we got the PERFECT menu for them to enjoy during their visit!

For those who have yet to come across this incredible locally brewed ale, they have been in the sector for over 13 years, they pride themselves on sourcing the best ingredients, most of which are UK based and water from their very own spring at the brewery, and they use the best techniques and practice to create such a vast variety of flavours all named after local people.

If you’re looking for a perfect gift for a loved one, definitely check out their website! And also, during December they will also be on sale at the Heaton House Farm Christmas Shop – and trust us, they make a delicious accompaniment to your Christmas Dinner, take our menu as an example!
