After spending years cooking and baking in the family kitchen alongside his mum, Allan decided at 12 years old that he wanted to become a chef. And we are so glad that he did.
With a natural talent for combining flavours and a passion for creating delicious food, Allan has been on a journey to perfect his craft that has taken him to some of the most prestigious venues in the local area.
Allan’s 20 years of experience working as a Head Chef at Keele Hall, Wedgewood and numerous other venues across Staffordshire and Cheshire have seen him cooking for celebrities and working alongside Marco Pierre White.
His enthusiasm for producing outstanding dishes full of flavour starts at the very beginning. Following the journey from field to kitchen, sourcing the highest quality fresh ingredients is essential as they form the base of our delicious recipes.
