All things Drinks Packages on your special day

Congratulations on booking your special day! 🎉As you start planning your food and drinks, it’s helpful to take a moment to look through exactly what’s included in your drinks packages. This way, you’ll know what to expect on the day and can plan seamlessly.

Our guide clearly sets out the details for each of our three options: Venue Hire with Drinks Packages, the Say ‘I Do’ Sooner Package and our December, January & February Package. Below is a clear breakdown of the drinks included in each package, so you can easily see what is included.

We will also discuss all the little extras and optional upgrades, such as drinks tokens as favours, cocktail canapés or any upgrades.

With our Standard Venue Hire, pick from one of our three drinks packages– Classic, Signature, or Luxe. Each package comes with a reception drink, one glass of wine with your meal (including top-ups) and a toast drink for your guests. The packages are tiered, so you can choose which suits you and your guests best!

For couples on our December, January & February all-inclusive package, wine during the wedding breakfast is included. Our bar team will serve a glass of wine to each guest, plus a top-up of house wine, either red, white and rosé, directly to your table, allowing everyone to enjoy their meal in style. If you would like to add reception drinks or toast drinks, you’re very welcome to upgrade your package to include these!

With the ‘Say Do Sooner‘ package, each guest receives one reception drink, choose from Prosecco, beer, or orange juice, along with a toast drink and one glass of house red, white, or rosé during the meal (including one top-up). If you want to upgrade any of your drinks, our team will be delighted to talk through the options, whether it just for reception drinks or wines for dining or even swapping prosecco to champagne!

Please note that we do not offer corkage and all drinks must be purchased through Stableyard Catering.

Take it up a notch with our cocktail canapés! 🍸

For a unique twist, why not serve cocktail canapés alongside your reception drinks, or even to kickstart the evening party? From our signature Blushing Bride, to a timeless Aperol Spritz and the ever-refreshing Mojito, each mini cocktail is designed to wow your guests and add a stylish touch to your special day.

It’s a fantastic idea you don’t often see at weddings, the perfect way to make your celebration stand out from the crowd. These can be added as an extra to any of our packages and are served by our bar team as they circulate your guests. Take a look at our full canape cocktail menu!

Drinks Tokens as Favours 🍹

If you are not sure what else to have on your place settings during dining, why not consider drinks tokens as favours? Each guest can take a token to our bar and enjoy any drink that takes their fancy. It’s a fun and flexible way to let everyone choose what they like, while adding a playful touch to your celebration. One of the questions we are asked most is how drinks are served and we’ve got it covered! Our fantastic bar team ensures everything runs smoothly, so you and your guests can simply relax and enjoy the day.

Reception Drinks 🥂
Kick off your celebration in style! Reception drinks are served from a rustic bar in our Oak Barn or our elegant Wedding Barn, creating a relaxed space for your guests to mingle and soak up the atmosphere. For the newlyweds, your coordinator will be waiting with a celebratory drink, the perfect moment to toast just having tied the knot! 🥂If you’ve chosen reception drinks, they are served straight after the ceremony with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available. If you have chosen to have canapes, they will be served alongside drinks, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. Guests can head to the rustic bar, grab a drink and mingle while group photos take place. If you have chosen to have canapes, they will be served alongside drinks too!

Wine Pour 🍷
During your wedding breakfast, our bar team will serve each guest one glass of red, white or rosé wine, with one top-up too!

Toast Drinks 🥂
We recommend holding speeches after the meal. Once you and your guests have enjoyed a delicious meal, our bar team will circulate, offering each guest at least one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic option to raise a toast to the happy couple. 🥂

Throughout the day, guests are welcome to purchase drinks from our fully stocked bar too- to really get the party started!
