BRILLIANT BIRTHDAY LUNCH
With the radiant sun beaming down and spring flowers blooming, what a perfect day to celebrate our client’s birthday lunch! With her closest friends and family gathered in the dining room, places set and wines being poured, the chefs worked their magic preparing a five-course menu to remember!

The first course was a beautiful dish of Nduja on Sourdough with Mozzarella, Pesto, Whipped Feta, and Honey- the perfect start to the menu with fresh and vibrant flavours!

The next course was a true taste of the sea with delicate pan-fried scallops with leek cream and herb oil with a rich, creamy flavour!

Then the main event… a beautiful and luxurious treacle-cured filet steak ‘ Rossini’ with buttered greens, roasted Chantenay carrots, fondant potato and a rich read wine jus!

Then guests were treated to a decadent dessert trio with a rhubarb & raspberry tart, a double chocolate sphere, and Pistachoux which was truly stunning!

Then onto cheese and biscuits for the final course, wrapping up the meal in style!
