Dining at our Traditional Christmas Parties!

Wow, what an incredible three nights at our Christmas parties! Inspired by a traditional Christmas, we were delighted to serve a delicious three-course menu which didn’t disappoint. Crafting traditional dishes with a twist, our ravenous party guests were blown away, fuelling them to dance the night away!

Upon arrival, our guests were transported back to the roots of a traditional Christmas, surrounded by stunning themed decorations. Our incredible team welcomed them with festive reception drinks, while even their uniforms featured seasonal touches, adding to the magical atmosphere.

Then, it was time to serve a delicious three-course meal, accompanied by fantastic entertainment between the main course and dessert. Our dedicated waiting staff delivered each dish with a smile, while our catering supervisors ensured everything ran smoothly for our 900 guests over three incredible nights. Behind the scenes, our amazing team of chefs worked with incredible speed and precision, seamlessly serving up exceptional and delicious dishes to make each evening unforgettable!

To Begin: A choice between ham hock croquette. remoulade, pea salad, pickled shallots or fig and brie tartine, candied pumpkin seed, and balsamic glaze.

For Main: Turkey Escalope, prosciutto and cranberry farce, parsnip crisps, fondant potato and Madeira Jus or butternut squash, spinach and blue cheese wellington, fondant potato, parsnip crisps, savoury gravy.

To Finish: To round off the magnificent menu, a showstopping dessert duo was served: Mulled berry choux bun, yule log, gingerbread, and biscoff sauce.
