It’s not just our delicious food that makes us one of the best caterers in Cheshire, it’s also the team behind it; we wanted to tell you a little about the incredible team behind Stable Yard Catering.
The Faces Behind the Flavour
Our team of Chefs have lifetimes of industry experience and bring that to our menus creating delicious dishes for every wedding and event, they can cater for all dietary requirements, so if you’re looking for an all-vegan wedding menu, or you have vegetarians attending your day, you don’t have to worry as there is an incredible meal creation waiting for them.
The Head Chef, Luke, has been in the catering industry for over 14 years and you’ll often find him busy in the kitchen busy creating new dishes for our couples to enjoy. You may also see him on your drive to the venue, as he bikes to work!
He is joined by some incredible catering specialists providing high quality and mouth-watering food in the amazing kitchens at Heaton House Farm.
A Helping Hand In The Kitchen
Busily working away, keeping our kitchens to their 5* Hygiene Rating is our team of kitchen porters. Without them, the operations wouldn’t be as smooth as what you see out in the venue. They keep everywhere immaculate, so our chefs have the space to work their magic, and together we have a smooth system and way of working.
The Smiley Faces You See On Your Day
The waiting on team has a very important role, delivering your meal from the kitchen to your table; all with a smile! We pride ourselves on offering service with a smile and if you need any assistance, our team can help.
The Breakfast Team
The standards stay at the same high the following day when you head for breakfast after a night of partying, so let yourselves be looked after by our breakfast team and treated to the perfect hangover cure, a Full English.
Our Breakfast Cooks will whip up some scrambled egg and other delicious breakfast items and our waiting on team will be back out on the floor serving you.
The People Behind the Emails
With so many delicious options to decide between, you’ll need someone to talk through your menus with. We have an amazing team who complete the admin side of your booking and supervise the service on your day.
Anna, one of our Catering Supervisors, is dedicated to providing a smooth food service on the day. She has also been in the catering industry for many years, and it has a very special place in her heart as it was working in catering that she met her husband!
